Looking to connect with DJs who specialise in cybertrance and the darker, more experimental side of underground electronic music for an upcoming audiovisual event in Surat, Gujarat, hosted inside a cinema hall. We're particularly interested in sounds inspired by the Bonzai Records catalogue, futuristic, hypnotic, high-energy and psychedelic, with distinctive synths, driving rhythms and immersive atmospheres. We're looking for artists who understand this sound and can build a cohesive musical journey, rather than conventional commercial EDM sets. Both emerging and established DJs are welcome; musical identity, track selection and mixing matter more than follower counts. If you're a DJ who fits this style, or know someone who does, please share their SoundCloud, YouTube or Mixcloud sets, especially cybertrance mixes and sets featuring music from or inspired by Bonzai Records. Please also mention your location and whether you'd be open to performing in Surat. Recommendations are very welcome!

Planning to visit goa on 23 and 24th october any psy parties to attend

DJ_Radioactive - Welcome To The Clown Show (Halloween Horror DJ Mix 2026)

Happy Halloween!

🎃👻

Most Psycore is garbage. Most music above 170bpm is not psychedelic, the same way techno is not psychedelic

anyone know how im supposed to find/discover these events?

Hey everyone! 👋

I'm a beginner music producer, and I've been working on this track for a while. I'm still learning and trying to improve my production skills, so I'd really appreciate some honest feedback.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the track, especially the bass, mixing, sound design, and overall vibe.

Any constructive criticism or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for taking the time to listen! 🙏🔥

Dear Sola Luna Family,

We would like to share an important update about this year’s Sola Luna Festival in Khanom.

Global inflation, rising fuel prices and exceptionally high flight costs have significantly increased production expenses while affecting ticket sales. As a result, we can no longer deliver the Sola Luna experience we envision under the current circumstances.

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the planned edition in Khanom and bring Sola Luna to Waterfall in Koh Phangan on 6 January 2027, featuring 4 stages, 30 artists and all our main headliners in one of the island’s most beautiful natural settings.

Sup!

Been getting into these genres right now and would love to get some recommendations on sets or long sets to enjoy!

Thanks in advance!

I love many types of EDM - techno, trance, hardstyle, dubstep, industrial, groove, etc, but something about psytrance/tech just hits different!!

I can listen to it completely sober and if I get super lost in the music at drops it genuinely feels super euphoric but I feel like I don’t feel this way as intensely with other genres. It’s sort of physical too, like in my chest, throat, head and stomach.

Does anyone else feel the same way? Or have an explanation as to why this might be :)

I'm thinking to visit Goa in December and want to attend a few darkpsy parties at eoy. How is public transportation? Is it easy to move around?

The bass, the liquidity, the instrumental. I love how clean yet trippy it sounds.

Other songs I’ve been enjoying recently are Rolling by the Peaking Goddess Collective, and All I Want by Younger Brother

I always see people saying that psytrance parties don’t make money, what makes you say that so? I mean there are parties where you make money and you don’t but the way you say it makes it feel like pay trance parties are a lost cause.

What makes this famous genre a money-pit for organizers and promoters?

What goes wrong?

Hey beautiful people, so Boom tickets were sold out in 2 hours upon releasing. It must have been my first boom edition, but I was hopeful to get my tickets in the morning (optimistic, I know).

Does anyone know if that’s final? Maybe there will be more selling waves? Or should I just leave any hope with Boom?

Dear community, do you think that some of well known artists use AI to finish their tracks?

there is one artists where i have a suspicion.

and sadly for me this arist is "california sunshine"

while i am a big fan his/their music, there are so many new releases of california sunshine and for me there is just something missing in the music.

all tracks sound similar to other tracks & i miss the creativity in the newer stuff.

do someone thinks the same?

is it even possible that AI can generate whole tracks?

maybe i'm just paranoid - but i don't want to live in a world where we listen to music made by computers.

best greets to you all :)

I like Goreiju, Dragon, and of course Egons Embrace.

Who else is there to know?

I'm into this, what about yous? This sub-branch has potential to become something great. Like how modern minimal-classical branched off from traditonal classical music in the 20th-Century to become its own style (Reich, Pärt, Glass, Ligeti, Gorecki etc).

Im just curious about how the refunds are going.
Do you guys have already gotten your money back?
Or are you still waiting for a response?

In my case I’ve set up a ticket to process my refund via the official announced way. I did that on the first day it was possible and haven’t gotten any response so far.
I even set up a second ticket two weeks ago because I’ve started questioning if I had done something wrong but yet no response.

A friend of mine got already some mails to provide more informations about ticket number and processing the refund.

I even tried to reach out to them on instagram about my case but my message is kept on read.
Quite annoying how things are going…
