Week ago I posted about MoveBeat — a fully vibecoded (Claude did the coding, I did the waving) Beat Saber-like game for PS3 and a pair of PS Moves. Thanks for the comments! Since then it got a lot more polish, and the first public build is ready.

What changed since the first post
- Tracking: a Just Dance-style calibration (arms forward, out to the sides, down), the Moves' own sensors for blade orientation, and depth limits so sabers no longer fly behind your back.
- Controls: a new button map — Triangle/Circle to pick a track, Cross for difficulty, a single Move press to start, hold both Moves for a random song. Pause menu with restart and recalibration.
- Songs over USB: FTP over the PS3's Wi-Fi kept timing out, so the Windows companion app now writes levels to a FAT32 stick, and the game copies them into its library (even if you plug the stick in while it's running).
- Starter set: one button in the companion app grabs six maps from BeatSaver, playlists still work too..
What you need: PS3 on HEN/CFW, two PS Move, PS Eye, a FAT32 USB stick and a Windows PC. Install `movebeat.pkg`, press "Starter set" and "All levels to USB" in the app, plug the stick in, start the game.
It's still lightly tested on my one console, one living room, so tracking depends a lot on your lighting and where the camera sits. If something breaks, please open an issue on GitHub with run_status.ini from /dev_hdd0/game/MOVEBEAT1/USRDIR/.
Would love to see your feedback!
