Spill the beans. She knows too much about Trump family corruption.

She will trade it for Trump money. This "burn book" isn't ever going to see the light of day. It's a threat to extract millions from the Trump family. She will gladly trade it for cash and an NDA, and once again, the wealthy and powerful get to live in their protected alternative version of America that 99.999% of Americans do not have access to.

As well as a Pardon for any wrongdoing with the situation that led to her resignation as Ambassador.

Aint no pardons happening for anyone until the last minute. A pardon is a spuer-power card, doesn't matter what you do or say, you are immune from being prosecuted for what you did. He'll hold that over everyone's head until the last minute.

Presidential pardons don't count for crimes a person hasn't been convicted of (or even indicted on) so I'm not sure why people seem to think they work that way.

They aren't a free crime pass. They're pardoning a conviction.

Though I'm sure the democrats will do absolutely nothing anyway. They'll pretend they're something else.

Keep in mind that Biden gave a preemptive pardon to Fauci and a number of his own family members - and given the bullshit we've been seeing from the GOP, he wasn't necessarily wrong to do so. Ford also famously pardoned Nixon any criminal acts he may have committed while President, so criminal charges needn't be filed to trigger such a thing.

Preemptive pardons are conceptually insane and are completely untested in American courts. It basically allows the US president to allow anybody jurisdiction to break any law the president decides they can.

It completely defeats the purpose of laws, and if upheld, should be seen as the ultimate sign of a government that has lost control of rule of law, and is in societal collapse.

American laws are truly meaningless if preemptive pardons are ever truly upheld.

Exactly what I was thinking... if she's committed any financial crimes let's hope that they were state crimes so Trump is ineligible to pardon him.

Extract millions, you mean extort millions. Same idea but a little more on the nose in terms of legality.

Yes indeed. A tale as old as time. She'll walk away with millions while the wealthy family remains unscathed.

I wish I had something to trade for that kind of money.

She trade it for a pardon and money.

The Business Plot broke our justice system. The laws do not apply to the wealthy and influential.
