I just saw him while grocery shopping & decided to carry him around the store with me to decide if I wanted to keep him - I felt an instant comfort with him in my hand! So now he's coming home with me, surely to be both a desktop gaming buddy but also a companion whenever I go out! :D

Hello plush Reddit! I have a plush who has been my best buddy since I was very very small (a year old). She has seen me through everything. Her name is Rosebud.

For some extra context, I am autistic and I have OCD. Plushies are my main source of comfort/coping. Recently as I’ve become more independent, I have realized how hard it is to find replicas/identical matches of older toys and collectibles (especially ones as old as Rosebud), and I am terrified/keep having thoughts that something may happen to Rosebud one day, and I won’t be able to find a match if she gets lost/destroyed (such as in the event of natural disasters, a break-in etc).

I have been so scared of the possibility of damaging her now that she’s older from handling her that I have kept her put away in a box so she stays safe (I do not care so much about potentially getting her dirty, as I expect her to get dirty when I cuddle her, I do however fear the idea of her ripping or tearing for whatever reason). It saddens me to know it holds me back, as I want to keep cuddling and adventuring with her until I grow old. She is extremely soft and has never had a single rip or tear or major spot of dirt/stain beyond, well, the usual grime from being played with and cuddled when I was younger/as I’ve grown.

I was hoping someone can help me identify what plush brand and/or which plush she is, so if something happens one day I can look for a clone. Of course I never want to replace her, I just want peace of mind that she is not impossible to find. I would be devastated if I were to ever lose her, and would probably be inconsolable as she is my primary comfort plush. If I could find a match for her online, or at least if anyone can identify her brand, I wouldn’t feel so afraid of the risks of handling her anymore. Sorry if this doesn’t belong here. I thought this would be the best place to ask. Her tush tag is too faded for me to make out any brands she may be made by (to be loved it to be changed 🤣).

I received her in 2005, she is 21 years old and I am 22 (this is to reference a potential pinpointed production year). I would appreciate any help, as the only result when I reverse search her image is the Warmies golden retriever, I know that is not her. Thank you in advance! I have included plush tax in the post 🐾

i bought an applin plush from the official Pokemon center, and his eyes are very floppy, is there a way to fix this? i already ripped of the tag so a refund is out the picture, does anyone know anyway to fix it without ripping it open? I really want it to stay in the middle

Hi, I've been wanting to get a Bakugo plushie from them lately, as I've been wanting to get more merch recently, but I'm not sure they are legit or reliable. The reviews look decent, but I want to know from anyone who's actually purchased from the site before if it's worth it or not.

Edit: I found out they're problematic and the plushies aren't of great quality, so I don't think I will be buying from them.

I ordered two plush dogs. One of them the same size as my dog who passed last Thursday And the other one, like a build a bear version that looks similar to what she looked like and was supposed to be the special comfort one that I could sleep with. The first looks nothing like her but lays with me. The second showed up late and needs a bath because it smells bad so I havent snuggled it yet and it's a sit dog. Because of this, I bonded with the wrong one.

The problem is they were going to 2 different houses. The build a bear was supposed to stay at my house, and the one that i'm now bonded to was supposed to stay at my parents' house. Should I just buy another one of the one that i'm bonded to before it sells out? Can I switch to our house? The reason why that one was going to my parents is because it lays down like she did and it was supposed to lay down next to the window she loved. That means the build a bear wouldn't get love unless I didnt bring the bonded one..

Hey guys! I’ve been going through a bit of a rough patch and could use a new plush friend. I’m especially looking for a floppy plush with A LOT of beans, not just a little sprinkle of beans! Any size is welcome! Big or small!

Even if your plushie isn't completely filled with beans, I'd still love to see it! The flopper the better!

I swear plushies had way more beans back in the ’90s. I have a few old ones from back then with their whole bodies and all four limbs packed with beans, and I hardly ever see that anymore. I know loose beans can be a safety hazard, but I promise I’m not planning to eat them!

I’d really love a Jellycat Smudge Monkey or the Amore Dog, but they are reseller-only now, and we all know those prices are wild.

I recently got a Noopy named Porter from KittyCrylics, and he’s perfect! I’m attaching a photo from the website (it’s not mine). I'm at work, so I can't snap my own photo. He’s super floppy and has TONS of beans. The only downside is that he’s pretty small, so he’s not the easiest to cuddle at night. I’m hoping to find a friend who’s a little bigger.
