Photo Who the heck took that creepy pic of PB?!

I saw one of Phoebe’s fan accounts this morning talking about how someone recently posted a (now deleted) photo of Phoebe, saying that they learned their lesson not to take pictures of her in public. But it looked like the photo was taken in a public restroom?!?! Like come on, guys. She had to comment on the photo and say she didn’t like it for you to know that?! I don’t care how young of a fan you are, you should know it’s completely inappropriate to snap photos of ANYONE in a bathroom. Can we just collectively agree to be cooler fans than that? Especially toward an artist who has gone to great lengths to gain control of the photos and videos that are publicly posted of her. But also, anyone in a bathroom is off limits, celebrity or not. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

General / Discussion still standing

It has been on loop for me for the past 2 months since lost weekend came out. I had a traumatizing but formative relationship with someone who recently got deported as a result of what they did to me. I have been mourning like this person died. the conflicting feelings eat me alive but this song put words to so much of what I feel about all of it even when it’s very much about something very different. I love you phoebe thank you for your art, thank you for giving it to us and letting us cry to it and mold it to apply to our own hearts and experiences

General / Discussion As Above - Interpretation

I’m mom of a 4 year old boy and I SOB every time I hear this song. I do NOT understand interpretations of the song where she’s singing about a romantic partner or friend. To me I can only hear it as being about a child. Am I wrong? Other parents do you feel this way?

Forbes confirms that Phoebe has submitted to 8 Grammy's categories, including AOTY. In my opinion...all nominations deserved. And AOTY? Maybe I'm biased...but LW deserves.

Lost Tour FAQs

🎟️ General Admission (GA)

What’s the difference between Above GA and Below GA?

The floor is split into two GA sections. Above GA is in front of the main stage, while Below GA surrounds the smaller satellite/B stage.

Alex G performs on the satellite stage, while Phoebe performs on both stages. More of Phoebe’s set takes place on the main stage, but the satellite-stage section is a substantial part of the show rather than just a quick appearance.

People in both sections have reported being able to see the opposite stage, although your view will depend on where you’re standing and your height. The satellite stage also rotates, and unless you’re holding barricade, people have generally been able to turn or reposition as the focus moves between stages.

Neither section has seats — both are standing GA.

How early should I arrive for GA? Do I need to camp out?

If you just want a good view, reports so far suggest you probably don’t need to arrive extremely early. We’ve had multiple people arrive around doors — and some considerably later, including around 8–8:45pm — and still report getting good spots in both GA sections.

If you specifically want barricade, that’s a different matter and arriving earlier will obviously improve your chances.

Most importantly, GA queue and wristband procedures vary by venue. Some venues have used numbered early-entry wristbands while others haven’t, and arrangements for Above and Below GA may also vary — so please check your venue’s official website rather than assuming the arrangements at a previous show will apply to yours.

I’m short. Will I still be able to see from GA?

That’s impossible to guarantee, but attendees have generally described both GA areas as relatively comfortable rather than extremely overcrowded, with some room to reposition if you aren’t trying to stay at barricade. People arriving later have also reported finding good views, including from farther back in the pits.

Where does Phoebe walk between the two stages? Can I stand somewhere to get a high-five?

Phoebe moves through the floor between stages and has interacted with fans along the route.

When returning from the satellite stage to the main stage, she walks along the left-hand side when facing the main stage, with fans along the barricade sometimes getting high-fives as she passes.

Her exact entry point and route to the satellite stage may vary depending on the venue layout.

🕐 Set Times & Entry

What time do Alex G and Phoebe play?

At the shows so far, Alex G has generally played around 7:30–8:30pm, with Phoebe starting around 9pm and finishing around 10:30–10:45pm.

These are approximate times based on shows so far and may vary by venue.

Can I arrive after Alex G has started / skip the opener?

Yes. Multiple attendees have reported arriving after Alex G had started, including around 8–8:30pm, and being admitted without issue.

Just allow enough time for security, Yondr, finding your section and anything else you need to do before Phoebe starts.

👀 Seats & Sightlines

What’s the view like from the nosebleeds/side/limited-view seats? Are there screens?

Reports from upper-level and side seats have generally been positive, and some people have particularly enjoyed being higher up because it gives you a good view of the full lighting and production.

There aren’t conventional arena screens simply showing a live close-up of Phoebe throughout the show. Instead, projections and other visuals are incorporated into the production itself. Some limited/obstructed-view seats may therefore lose part of those visuals even if you can still see the stages.

Exact sightlines will obviously vary by venue and section.

♿ Accessibility, Lighting & Yondr

Are there strobes, intense lighting or smoke/haze?

Yes. There are some fairly intense lighting and strobe effects during the show. Several attendees have particularly mentioned Alex G’s set, while Phoebe’s set also contains some intense effects around the satellite-stage portion.

People who are sensitive to flashing lights have reported migraines or finding parts of the show difficult to look at, so please bear this in mind when deciding whether the show is suitable for you.

Attendees have also reported significant theatrical haze/smoke, particularly around the satellite stage and during Alex G’s set. How noticeable it is elsewhere in the arena will vary by venue, but anyone particularly sensitive to theatrical smoke or haze should be aware of it.

How does the phone-free/Yondr policy work?

Your phone stays with you during the show but is secured inside a Yondr pouch. If you need to use it, venues have designated phone-use areas where staff can unlock the pouch; it will then need to be secured again before you return to the phone-free area.

Cameras (digital or film) are not allowed, nor are smartwatches, laptops or e-readers. Please make the process as easy as possible by bringing only the essential items you need.

What about medical devices or accessibility requirements?

If you need access to your phone for medical reasons, make yourself known to Yondr staff when you arrive. They can direct you to someone who can provide the necessary accommodation.

For other accessibility requirements or medical equipment, contact the venue in advance or speak to Guest Services when you arrive.

👕 Merch

What merch is available, how much is it, and when should I buy it?

Please use the dedicated Tour Merch thread for photos, prices, sizing, stock reports and other merch questions.

If you have your heart set on a particular item in a particular size, earlier is safer: some items and sizes have sold out before Phoebe’s set at previous shows. If you’re more flexible about what you want, merch lines may become considerably shorter later in the evening.

I missed out on merch. Will it be available online? Can someone pick something up for me?

We don’t currently know whether the Lost Tour merch will be made available through Phoebe’s official online store after the tour, or whether sold-out items will be restocked.

Please be careful with unofficial websites claiming to sell Lost Tour merchandise. Websites using the “Lost Tour” name are not an official Phoebe Bridgers merchandise store. Do not buy from them — you are likely to lose your money!

If you’re looking to buy or trade for an item, or want to ask whether someone attending a future show can pick something up for you, please use the Marketplace Thread rather than the tour or city threads.

General / Discussion My teenage girls love Phoebe (and boygenius...) so as their father I did a deep dive...

Post image

I started by listening to the entirety of Lost Weekend on a long walk. Holy shit. I went back thru Punisher and other collabs. I read the Fader profile on her. Now I will find myself listening to As Above on repeat and getting super emotional each and every time. The melody is so haunting, and the lyrics!

I am very happy (but a bit jealous if I'm being honest) they got to see her in Philly a couple weeks back. (not my pic, obvi) Both daughters reported the show was an amazing experience.

I did get to see her on the big screen in Primetime, and I thought her performance was very solid. New Phoebe fan here, checking in!

General / Discussion PSA: Don’t Listen to Phoebe While Getting an MRI

I’ve been super into lost weekend and opted to listen to it while getting an mri a few weeks ago. BAD DECISION.

Being in a coffin sized tube that screams at you while Phoebe is singing “this machine is killing me” was terrifying.

General / Discussion Is it wrong to have ‘Best Dressed’ as a Top 10 Phoebe song?

I feel like if she released it as a single alongside Lost Boys, it would’ve been a big hit. Catchy as hell, but the lyrics are totally Phoebe’s distinct songwriting voice. Isaac Woods’ feature is great and it’s as atmospheric and unique as the rest of the record.

Tour A Photosensitive Person’s Guide to the Lost Weekend Tour

DISCLAIMER: I am not epileptic, but I have POTS and am sensitive to flashing/strobing lights and get headaches/dizziness from too much exposure.

I did a lot of reading on this sub before going to the Lost Weekend tour and combined everyone’s advice to maximize my chances of making it through the shows without an issue. I’ve now been to both the Charlotte and Atlanta shows, sitting in lower bowl for one and upper bowl for the other, so I feel qualified to share the exact precautions I took and what to do during certain portions of the set.

General Tips:
- Get extra dark polarized sunglasses! These almost completely blocked out all ambient light during some of the more minor uses of flashing lights. Mine had shades on the sides and top for the fullest possible coverage.
- Wear a hat! When I was in the lower bowl, this blocked out any lights above me. At both shows, I was able to put my head down and block out the worst of the lights with the brim.
- The lower bowl may be a slightly better time for those with photosensitivity. I sat in a section almost parallel to the stage, so I almost completely missed out on the lights flashing on the base of the dome and behind the curtain. The orb thing above the B stage was also a bit easier to block out with just my hat.

The Setlist:
- The Outside: I wore my sunglasses, just to block some of the bright light. Looking at the effect around the dome at the beginning for too long made me slightly dizzy.
- Motion Sickness: No issues!
- Kill Me: I left, based on Reddit recommendations. My friends told me that I might’ve been fine, but it was fair that I erred on the side of caution.
- The Governor’s Waltz: No issues!
- Lost Boys: Some quick flashing during the end of each chorus, I just ducked my head down to use the hat to block it out.
- DVD Menu/Garden Song/Moon Song: No issues!
- Liberty Tree: Some rapid flashing near the beginning of the song in time with the instrumental, I also just ducked my head down to cover this with the hat.
- Panorama/Lost Weekend: I left once she wrapped up Liberty Tree, based on the recommendation of Reddit. I was told by my friends at both shows that this was a great decision.
- Funeral/Graceland Too: No issues!
- Haunted: Flashing during the second and third choruses. I put on my sunglasses, ducked my head down to block it out with the hat, and covered the sunglasses with my hand.
- Still Standing/As Above: No issues for me, but some people might be sensitive to the sparkly light effect that shows up during the second half of As Above.
- Bobby: The only song that gave me more trouble sitting beside the stage, only because half of the main flashing lights were pointed right at us. This one was okay with the sunglasses though, it was only in short bursts with the instrumental.
- On Video: I left the arena both times, also based on Reddit recommendations.
- Georgia/I Can’t Wait/surprise song: No issues!
- Kyoto: No issues for me, but there could be if you're sensitive to blue/red lights. They don't flash, but they do move around the stage and dome.
- I Know the End: Mostly fine until the very end. I noticed there were some rapid changing projections on the inside of the dome for the second half of the song, but I couldn't really see these in either of my seats. At the end during the screaming, I put my sunglasses on, ducked my head down to block it with the hat, put my hand over the sunglasses, and squeezed my eyes shut. Even though I know the lights were going crazy, I was basically in complete darkness by doing all of these things.
- Lost Weekend Reprise/Scott Street/Never Going Back!: No issues!

I wanted to share my complete guide because knowing this template for my second show gave me a lot of peace of mind. Again, this does not necessarily apply to people with epilepsy, but I had been a bit scared into thinking that the whole show was full of awful strobing lights, and I was pleasantly surprised that many songs were lit only by static or slow moving lights. Feel free to add any other tips or observations I might have missed!

Question Cameron winter surprise guest in Vancouver?

What are the chances of Cameron Winter joining Phoebe for her show in Vancouver on the 24th? Geese plays a show in Seattle the day prior and aren't playing any shows on the 24th, which means they're less than a 3 hour drive from Rogers Arena. Obviously major copium, but it would be so rad if this happened!

General / Discussion song lyrics parallel in best dressed

I’ve been listening to Phoebe since 2018 and I used to be a massive Sun Kil Moon fan then too. She used to post a lot of his songs on her IG stories. Phoebe has covered Sun Kil Moon songs and referenced him in her work before. The line “Ohio carried me away” has always felt like a nod to “Carry Me Ohio.” But I was listening to Best Dressed and couldn’t stop feeling like something stuck out to me.

I know the lyric is very personal, but I suddenly remembered a Sun Kil Moon song with a super similar same lyric in it.

In Best Dressed she says “What if we had been ready for the kid, sorry.” And in the Sun Kill Moon song Natural Light he reminisces on an old love and one of the lines is “I’ve thought on things that we said
What if we’d had the kid” and it just immediately stuck out to me! She also says “we could’ve been anyone” and in the Sun Kill Moon song there’s a line about going by a different name and changing their appearance.

I’m sure it’s a coincidence, but since Phoebe always liked Sun Kil Moon deep cuts I just thought it was an interesting parallel!

Tour Question about digital tickets / Yondr pouches / etc

I’m going to the Vancouver show on the 24th.

So with the whole phone-free thing, I figured, cool, I’ll just leave my phone at home and then I won’t have to wait in line for the Yondr pouch and I’ll be able to get in/get out faster.

However I just noticed that Ticketmaster for this show lists the tickets as “Digital Only.” So I guess I have to bring my phone?

Does anyone know if there’s a way around the digital ticket or some other option (like will call) that will allow me to get into the venue without a phone?

Thanks!

Live Performance Absolute crap time tonight at State Farm at the show

Security at the front were absolutely crap, rudest folks I have ever met in my life. With the show being no phones, they give you the thinnest and smallest receipt with your seat on it (hope you don’t lose it) and my wife did not even bring her phone to not have to deal with it, we grab food, go to the only place that has tables which happens to be in the phone zone, my wife without a phone goes to grab a drink and gets cursed out and called a liar for trying to sneak her phone (that she never brought) out of the phone zone, 2 guys in security keep calling her a liar, I walk over and they let her through. Just a night ruining moment. Hire better people and treat people with basic respect State Farm.

Tour Atlanta show-did anyone see the guy with the lemur?

After the concert at the main State Farm gate…I was wondering if anyone saw the guy near the pickup lanes with the little lemur on a leash? Or pictures? Nobody believes me.
