Honestly I say Petco is going under and they just need to close. They don’t care about their animals and they don’t give a shit about their employees either

So all week every week we have 2 people at night shift, one manager one closer. But when the store manager closes they always make sure they have 2 people. Then to top it off morning shift has 2-3 managers and a cashier everyday. We get hit with a walkthrough and everything falls on 2 people on night shift because God forbid there be more people. $12 dollars an hour isn't worth this.

What happens to a GM who manually puts lunches on people’s time that they didn’t actually take and gets reported to HR? Coachable moment or some actual held accountable actions?

Honestly I can say I enjoy it I have been working at this location for 3 months and everyone gets along my management is extremly good, apart from angry customers and the homeless issue its very good.

Does anyone have any tips for dog training classes when you have clients who pretty much just ignore everything you say? I had a class tonight where I pretty much just sat there and talked to myself for an hour while these people just yanked on their dog's leashes and yelled at them while they barked at everything. It was to the point where I literally told them that we're just going to have to repeat this class next week because we did not get to a single exercise that we were supposed to do. Most of my other classes are fantastic, and for the most part I absolutely love my job, but I swear every time an old lady signs up for a class, I just know it's going to be hell.
