Where does this cable go in?

I think it's called USB 2 gen 2 header but I can't seem to find where it plugs into? If by chance my mb doesn't have it what should I do? Can I just leave it be as I think it's for the front USB port which I don't really plan to use

some boards just don't have the connector. just tie it out of the way?
