Help Wow, and also wow
US user. I got a message saying that a passkey was added to my account. Went to go check it out and yeah, someone with a Samsung Galaxy (not me) added their passkey to my paypal account. So I change my password and note that my "primary" phone is a number to which I no longer have access. Mystery solved maybe? So I try to remove the primary number and... there's no option to do that.
I try to call for phone support since the chat clanker is worthless and... the AI assistant can't recognize anything I'm saying. I know the phone is working. I literally interview people for a living, I did it all day today, I'm quite sure I know how to talk.
So now I'm afraid that someone else will access my account, and... I'm not allowed to close it or lock it so it cannot be used.
Whiskey. Tango. You know the rest. This is disgusting and pathetic.
