Flock license plate cameras create records of where vehicles are seen, and police can search that data during investigations. But when FOX 25 requested records from departments across Oklahoma, responses varied—and several departments didn’t provide the audit logs that could show how their systems were searched.

After previously reporting two cases of misuse involving Oklahoma City police, FOX 25’s Emma McAndrews investigates what the public can verify about how these cameras are used.
