I remember seeing tilikum when i was like, idk 10. I had no idea he’d killed people. But i vividly remember going up to his tank at night and putting my face to the glass to try to see him again. I was the only person around looking in the tank. He emerged from the pitch black water and swam right past the glass super slowly. It scared the shit outta me. Like it was genuinely terrifying.
This part i could have just been imaging but it felt like he was looking at me.
He probably was looking at you. Orca are extremely sociable, intelligent, curious creatures. He was probably checking you out exactly like you were checking him out
