I’m slowly learning to feel good in my own skin. People sometimes comment on how skinny I am, and even though I usually ignore it, it still makes me question how I look sometimes. But lately, I’ve been trying to focus on myself, hitting the gym and learning to appreciate my body a little more every day. I guess confidence takes time, and I’m finally getting there. 🤍

This is my first post here😉 and I’m curious to hear what others think. I practice yoga and stretching regularly—what’s your take on my physique?

I've been posting on Reddit for awhile but finally starting to feel comfortable in my skin. I've had a really hard journey with loving my body and it has taken many years, I still have days where I look at myself and don't like what I see and I pick at my imperfections.

These are photos I take to track my workout progress. I’ve been doing cardio and weights 4 times a week for the last 12 months. Trying to improve my body and feel good about it. Been gaining muscle and losing fat. I’ve started feeling better with my body. I’d love to lose more belly fat though. Could use some positive words 💪🏼
