I've struggled with my weight for years. Sometime in February, I decided to start being mindful of what I eat, and became much more active. I started at 350 pounds and now I'm around 285. I think I'm looking OK finally :)

Not quite as lean as I’d like to be here, but would love to know your opinion!

These are photos I take to track my workout progress. I’ve been doing cardio and weights 4 times a week for the last 12 months. Trying to improve my body and feel good about it. Been gaining muscle and losing fat. I’ve started feeling better with my body. I’d love to lose more belly fat though. Could use some positive words 💪🏼

At 72 you get to the point where you don't get over what you look like whether you are naked or not. Best just to accept what you have and worry about other things.

Lots of fluctuation in weight lately. Winters have always been a demise for me. Anyone else? Not totally unhappy with where I’m at, just my 4 month consistent journey has been broken. Not confident with winter coming I’ll be able to get back on the horse.

Finally coming to acceptance of my body. Have hid myself most of my life. Have lost 20 pounds in the last year. Posting this is a big step.

I think my bush is a bit out of control, but I hope some people still enjoy natural looks 🙈

not how I want to look, but gained 45 pounds in 15 years as life got busy, exerciser got less, and snacking to deal w stress more. I’d like to lose 20 pounds. it feels freeing to share.

Good morning everyone. This is what your average 63 year old guy looks like nude. Hoping to lose 10 lbs.

Always been super skinny. Finally got a bit of meat on my bones and feeling good about myself for the first time.

Recently lost 50lbs still trying to feel confident in my skin.

It’s my birthday so I figured I’d post. I feel like this angle shows my body off more naturally. I still feel a bit chunky and a bit of my insecurities are with my love handles and my chest. Let’s see where offseason training gets me

I don't know what to think of my body. I wish I had more muscle in my arms and stomach. Also im insecure about my proportions. My stomach is a bit to much.

Gonna try to lose this summer weight over the next little bit. Coming in around 180 currently, should be back down to 160 provided I can keep my discipline. Anyway, just wanted some feedback.

the season where i can play tennis outdoors is coming to an end and i’ve been playing a lot and enjoying how much stronger & more fit i’ve been feeling/looking. it’s fun to show off a bit too ☺️
