Nightmare mode is always fun

Somehow, when I opened the game on my Laptop, all of my Wands, except my storage Wand, got infinite Cast Delay and Recharge Time. Any explanaition on why it happened or how I can cut the time short without spending 2 hours to use the Wands again?

Bouncing spells makes teleports useless, ruins most attack methods and is generally just annoying. There is no upside. (lost a god run because of GAMBLE WHYYY)
