Help, I’m being spammed

I have been receiving non-stop spam for almost 10 years from a man I don’t know. It’s mostly free quotes for insurance, vehicles, and homes and none of it is directly from him. Several texts a day, every day for a DECADE. I’ve contacted him the only way I know how and he denied it before blocking me. Today I got a message, followed the link, and to my surprise it had all of his personal info listed: address, vehicles, email, spouse, employer. I edited the phone number to be his actual number but I can’t do this for every free quote message I receive. I’ve messaged his employer and that hasn’t helped either. He lives thousands of miles away. At this point, I understand I can’t make it stop but with this new info I CAN return the favor but that feels tedious. Any creative ideas about how to make this man’s life hell in the most petty and inconvenient way?

Sign him up for scientology. Request car insurance quotes, mortgage quotes, all in his name.

Could you buy your own AI server (maybe cheaper than credits over time) and create an Agent to work on coming up with new in creative ways to spam him for the rest of his life?

New phone number and email would solve this.

If you wanna annoy him, post a craigslist ad for a $500 corvette or something and put his number. He'll get a million phone calls and texts

Change your phone number and email address. Good grief.
