What’s the most beautiful song you’ve ever heard?
If you had to give someone goosebumps with a single song, which would you play?

I'm looking to discover some new music beyond the artists I usually listen to. I'd love recommendations for underrated artists, emerging bands, or songs that deserve more attention.
I'm open to different genres, especially indie, alternative, live music, and unique sounds. Please share a song you love and tell me what makes it special! 🎶

You don't hear songs with key changes anymore. What's a song with a great key change, preferably written in the past few years

By spooky, I could mean, depressing, or horrifying, or deeply disturbing.
For my contribution, I propose Leonard Cohen's "Dance me to the end of love".
What a lovely song.

Until you learn that the song was written about being sent into the gas chambers. Leonard heard about how there were musicians playing music, well here it is from the man himself.

Specifically sad songs. I'm heavily depressed and would enjoy some sad tunes. I listen to a little bit of everything. TIA

So I been listening to some" fast passed" classical music and paino versions of geometry dash songs . I'm wondering is there a genre for this kinda music . Some songs for example could be Beethoven virus but it's insane, flamewall, thunderzone v2 (piano), moonlight sonata 3rd movement,un Owen was her(piano),j'y suis jamais alle,Concerto Grosso for Strings "Palladio": No. I, Allegretto, isolation etc. Or even any classical music that sounds modern or epic . I hope someone understands what I'm saying or what I mean I can't describe it more.

I'm looking to expand my cd collection, and live albums is something I'm looking for in particular, so I'm asking you for great live albums. In particular rock from before 2000, but not metal.
Favourite rock artists:
Dire Straits
Toto
Eagles(but I already got one in mind here)
Blackfoot
Lynyrd Skynyrd
Does definetly not have to be one of those, in fact, I'd appreciate more if you gave me another artist.
By great, I mean that the songs sound great, and kinda similar to the original, and also got a good tracklist

I want to integrate some new artists into my playlists because I feel like some of them are getting a little repetitive. I’m looking for something between Kimya Dawson, Alex G, Kero Kero Bonito, and Girlpool!! Basically anything whimsical that sounds in roots that it was made for a child but has deeper lyrics.

New soundtrack song from the upcoming Blue Planet III, it’s a banger. Instrumental pop is probably the best description of the genre?

So I’m here because I LOVE listening to music was hoping to find some good songs and/or music-related shows/anime/whatever pretty much. If it helps here’s a short list of songs I like: “Hey there Delilah”, “Carolina reaper”, “Welcome to wonderland”, pretty much all songs by Arctica the Fox, “Heaven’s gate”, “Ophelia”, “The milk carton”, “City of angels”, and “Belong together”. Obviously there’s LOTS more, but I feel that’s a decent list to go off of, hopefully..
Anyways, any help is greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance :3

I like majority of subgenres, even going into extreme metal. Recommendations can be from known bands with underrated songs or from small bands that deserve more exposure.

This might be too specific but we shall give it a shot.
The chorus part of the Muse song The Sickness in You and I- Is there any other songs like it (it doesn't have to be lyrics just the instrumental part (forgive me can't think of the right word))? I find it satisfying and I was wondering if there was any songs out there like that one bit.
Thanks in advance!

I’ve been depressed for a while and my energy is pretty much gone. I’m looking for the opposite of sad music: songs that are uplifting, energizing, or just make life feel worth getting excited about again. Any genre works

Hello,
I need to find as many songs as possible that contain an intro or other part in the song that is basically a lullaby or other kind of soft melody part, ideally sung by children.
I found many songs with a children's choir which can work, but that's not exactly the vibe I'm after.
To name two examples:
Tungsten's "Lullaby" and Rammstein's "Spieluhr".
Any suggestions?
Thanks a lot in advance

Similar lyrics and meaning is what I'm looking for. Could be about a guy or girl who hurt you and betrayed you. If it's within the same genre and vibe that's only a plus

I've kinda been obsessed with the sound and vibe of this one lately, but somehow I suck at finding songs that hit the spot like it does, or get even close. Anyone got suggestions?

I love ‚Heat Above‘ from ‚Greta van Fleet‘. I need more songs like this one preferably a band that does music like this. I already know ‚Crown Lands‘ who a really great but they don‘t really fit on the feel ‚Heat Above‘ gives me. Please help.

I want :
• Goddess energy

• Mysterious, dangerous, intelligent power
• Wars fought over her
• Untouchable beauty
• A mind worth worshipping
Drop your song + the lyric that gets you

like those songs that come on at a club, and something just clicks? The beat hits, you instantly get into the groove.
