I'm slightly vexed Verizon Router plug blocks 3+ outlets

These new routers have a terrible plug that not only is so wide that it blocks at least two plugs below it, but actually extends the other direction and blocks the outlet above as well!

Did yall read op's explanation? It covers 1 socket they way it's currently oriented which is the primary reason for posting here. If he turns it around it blocks 2. They are mildly infuriated because when they turned it around it was still blocking an outlet.

If we wedge the plug in the oven door, it stops my cookies from baking.

If you drop the plug down a well, the cord won't even reach the router!

If I swallow the plug and put my fingers in my ears, I can hear the Earth's electromagnetic field!
