Similar thing, I deleted my twitter YEARS ago because I just don't use it, but every few months I'll get multiple emails stating the code to retrieve my account. Always makes me think wtf because what's the point of deleting your account if it's still an account that can be signed into insted of just deleting like I said to do

As a rule of thumb, nothing on the internet is ever deleted. Storage is so cheap that even mostly worthless data is worth enough to justify the cost.

And why would you have a burner account for soundcloud? It's just music, not anything illegal or kinky that would justify a burner acc. It's not even a paid service you could justify abusing a free trial or smt.
