ಠ_ಠ People who are too eager for conversation
It’s irritating when someone keeps trying to have conversation. I don’t mean normal levels of “hey what’s up” I mean jumping into any and every conversation, or saying something general to bait a response, or even worse when these don’t work asks someone a direct and often meaningless question then springboards a convo from there. Like, relax. It’s okay to not be talking to someone right now.

Yeah, some people can’t read social cues.

It’s the direct meaningless question that gets me, like my brain just shuts down instead of forming a response.

Yep, I hate that, I'll eventuality just ignore them, people like that hate it then hate you 🤣

"Omg I can't stand small talk" has practically become a meme at this point, but the way I see it, it serves an important purpose as a gauge of whether someone wants to have a conversation. If they don't respond to "Thank God it's Friday!" then don't escalate to telling them your weekend plans.
Of course, not everyone uses it that way. Some people just keep throwing stuff out until something sticks.

I also forgot to add the question with an obvious answer. I have a McDonald’s bag, actively eating, “So eating some McDonald’s huh? 😃” please, please leave me alone

Honestly, this is so real, some people need to understand that a conversation should happen naturally and not feel like an obligation

I have a neighbor who does this.
I once saw him walk out of his garage at the same time as a neighbor 2 houses down from him who walked to his mailbox to get the mail. My talkative neighbor then yells over to him "So, you got some mail huh?"
