The only people say this doesn't work are people that used it once and their problem wasn't solved within 3 seconds

If this legitimately doesn't work you should be going to a doctor because your hands are proper fucked

as someone with properly fucked hands, it does not work well. I'm aggressively
pro washing hands, leaving slightly moist, and applying a (very) thin layer of aquaphor. then I use lanolin at night.

Doesn't help me and yes the doctors agree my hands are fucked. I can basically pick 1 of 3 terrible symptoms but can't have normal hands

Have you tried Glysomed? This stuff never worked for me but Glysomed pretty much fixed my hands overnight, it was weird.
