Get a pair of cotton gloves, like the white ones people dealing with rare artifacts wear, plaster your hands with vaseline, I mean really plaster it on, put the gloves on and sleep with them on overnight. In the morning wash your hands with warm not hot water and moisturise. I used to work in a warehouse and this was the go-to for me and the 4 guys I worked with too.

I second this! I'm prone to dry skin on top of working in healthcare, so the constant hand washing/sanitizing dries my hands out horribly. This always helps. You can do it with dry feet, too!
