Is that before or after consumption?

That’s hot off the presses. I was informed up front the jars were 12 oz. I was not informed that this is the amount they actually served.

Oh I was thinking more along the lines of it coming out the other end, those remind me of the jars in somebody else's post showing off their piss collection a while back

"Am I dehydrated?"

u/Chucklum Sep 10 '26

That was my first thought lmao

if your piss is red you have more problems than just dehydrated

Verbatim from our safety guy at work "like lemonade, not like motor oil"

my piss jars only end up this color after I have left them sitting in my shed for over a year.

Many things wrong with one sentence.

I hate myself for asking...but do you have a link?

2

u/7-10Spliff Sep 10 '26

No sorry, it was quite some time ago but if I remember correctly it was about a couple that was touting the benefits of drinking your own piss and showing their collection of piss mason jars

The fact that this is so easy for me to believe is not only true but was once advertised to world is crazy. Ive been numbed to the craziness of society

Dude, it looks like 1oz of coffee and 11oz of water

1

u/Kreason95 Sep 12 '26

This would actually be far too much coffee to water lmao. It's pretty typical to do 15:1 or 16:1 for filter coffee.

So that’s a small coffee then?
I usually buy 16oz coffee.

2

u/giveahoot420 Sep 10 '26

Buying a jar of coffee is weird AF

2

u/noiceness2341 Sep 10 '26

What compels you to pay 17 dollars for 24 oz of coffee anyway lmao

2

u/rbartlejr Sep 10 '26

So you paid $12 for overpriced mason jars? Well, OK for you I guess.

12oz jar with a 6oz serving? What kinda shit is that?? Where are buying your coffee from??

8

u/yogurl1 Sep 10 '26

Sounds like they factored in the weight of the glass to the overall ounces

4

u/Fragrant-Employer-60 Sep 10 '26

Idk it’s hard to tell the scale of the jar exactly. But that looks pretty close to 12 ounces to me

1

u/K_Pumpkin Sep 10 '26

Does it usually come with cream or frothed milk and you just asked for black? That would explain why it’s not full.

1

u/blessthebabes Sep 10 '26

It looks so similar to my hot tea this morning. What kind of coffee is it?

1

u/CheezwizOfficial Sep 10 '26

What the heck?! That's like 12oz of coffee in total then! Even if that's the best damned drip in the world, it's not worth $17. Maybe if you'd gotten the full 24oz (considering a regular 6oz black coffee goes for $2.50 - $3.25 plus tax where I am).

1

u/Fidget808 Sep 10 '26

That very well could be 12 oz in a 24oz jar

1

u/JerseyshoreSeagull Sep 10 '26

You could easily be a billionaire if you just stopped buying these things

1

u/PancakeHandz Sep 11 '26

Is it iced coffee and you requested no ice? Or hot coffee in a glass jar? Hot coffee served in that jar seems insane

1

u/Vyuken Sep 13 '26

Lmao this made me lol

I think it’s so you can hold the glass without it burning your hands? Still stupid but an explanation for the stupid

OP has Tuberculosis?
