The old phone trick is really nothing. Strong policies like this make it pointless. Having a dummy phone is the same as not having one, which is fine. The point of the policy is any visible cellphone is not allowed, so will get taken.

Not rlly. I have my old phone in my pouch, and when asked to present it to them, I just grab it and put it right in front of em.

I doubt they rlly care tho

Often times, my phone's js in my pocket, and they could probably see it, but don't care as much to keep the drama going.

Serious question: why not just give in your real phone in the pouch, or don't bring it to school at all?

Idk. Me personally, I'm just too lazy to then bring it to the magnet and open it. It's convenient, having it open. And I'm not stupid enough to use it in school(unless circumstances arise), so it's fine for me
