Sounds like school staff need to start actually enforcing policy. Our school district has competent staff and they handle it really well.

School staff need to stop treating their students like robots/machines that need to obey specific code in order to be able to function.

School staff need to stop thinking the only thing that matters are test scores.

School staff need to stop controlling their teachers, fund them adequately, so school can be more focused about learning.

Then, once that happens, students won't even care to be on their phones. Worried so much about the wrong, useless thing

Bro. It’s not school staff that cares about any of that shit… or it is, but not because they personally care or want to do those things. Literally every problem you listed is due to the STATE. States fund public schools impose the curriculum standards and testing that literally EVERYONE hates. If you want to see change, complaining about school staff won’t get you anywhere. They hate it as much as you do.

Oh, I don't disagree at all. By school staff I mean like the school board. Cause the school board is also heavily involved in this shit too. They come up with stupid bullshit rules for no reason whatsoever
