I met my best friend u/CHAYsounds in line at a deadmau5 meet & greet.
Now we’re releasing official remixes on his label.

Here's a video about our story and journey together

Where can I find your artists' roster? And don't say Spotify or another streaming service.
It'd be great to know more about your artists, their backgrounds, and to listen to their Mau5trap catalog.

We’re so back 😭

More new music on Mau5trap this week w/ MYRNE and Elliot Vast

Is this the end?

I don't know if this is or isn't allowed, i have the original 4x4=12 vinyl from ultra records... From literally ultra music festival, and a handful of other top tier vinyl's, skrillex 180 Gram vinyl

Rezz spiral ...i think i have flying octopus too

Im laying in bed wrapping this concept up in my head

Car fell apart. Vinyl will have to go .

If theres something in the mau5trap realm i might have it if i didn't get the local record store to buy it.

So Rydly has just released and it’s an absolute banger of a house track, and it got me thinking that it’d fit well on Hau5trap.

Whatever happened to the sub-label? Last post I saw from them on insta was sometime around Sept 2024, has the label wound down?

Like the title says, its been 2 months since that fully AI music video from the XTTC dropped like a deuce onto my subscription feed and since then we get this quirky string of uploads with completely ai generated cover art: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDtGNPFv0qY

I mean damn, do you disrespect your music talent that much you want people to cringe at the thumbnail and not listen to them on principle? Like seriously is this entirely the artists responsible for album art/visuals or is mau5trap making the final decision? Because signing people who chatgpt their EP cover art doesn't fill me with confidence for the next generation of mau5trap artists.

I get Sora is shutting down guys but just cause the slop isn't moving doesn't mean we won't call it out 😂 like damn, are you that financially bankrupt or creatively bankrupt you can't find a single artist to pay n promote your releases with human made visuals?? I guess $55 million is a big chunk of change to pay for the label huh

Nice timestamp on that traffic cam btw, what date is that, 08/2/\2rZ8? make sure you get after that Mercededfes Bnenz before it gets away lmao

See you guys next week!

Looking for the video from the stream that was not uploaded and won’t be apparently .. the last 10 track submission is all id like

Hey everyone!

I use Qobuz as my main streaming service, and I've noticed that several deadmau5/mau5trap releases have recently disappeared from the platform. They used to be available, but right now they are gone.

Specifically, I'm missing: Random Album Title W:/2016ALBUM/ When The Summer Dies (Single) (Plus a few others)

I saw some older complaints about tracks vanishing from other platforms, but the problem seems to be solved on other platforms. This seems to be a Qobuz-specific issue. Does anyone know how we can get this fixed? If anyone from the label here, could you please look into pushing these back to Qobuz? Thanks!

Could a mau5trap moderator please explain why my previous post was removed? I did not break any subreddit rules regarding illegal download links, self promotion or submitting a demo. My post was clearly focused on the future of the mau5trap label, there aren't any rules saying I have to be favourable towards AI content.

Either way, anyone reading do share your favourite mau5trap artists past and present, send some hidden mau5trap gems we missed if you have any :)

It’s been 2 years since the last Time we heard of him, did he quit music ?

We Are Friends Vol 5 blew my mind at the time and to this day I still listen to the dead Robert Oaks track Its Coming and the Eddie track. So amazing.

Oaks, Black Gummy and like 5 others were doing some cutting edge shit (to my ears at least) and they all kind stopped or went a more emo girl direction.

Well anyways, anyone know what Black Gummy is up to?
