Ate Mahi Tacos
Picked a random restaurant today for lunch. Had fried Mahi tacos, they were great, except they didn't heat the tortillas.

Homemade Put peach in a tomato salad because I needed to use it up. Doing this again.
Had two peaches that were getting too soft, so chopped them up with tomatoes, red onion, olives, feta and basil.
Added some toasted bread, olive oil, vinegar, black pepper and Celtic Sea Salt.
Very easy lunch.

Costco Buttermilk Biscuits
galleryFirst trial was this: https://www.reddit.com/r/Breakfast/comments/1x3hm78/trying_the_costco_buttermilk_biscuits_with_home/
For lunch one of the biscuits pan toasted, with home ground pork patty, egg, and cheese.
Again, pretty good for store bought.
Homemade Post hummus
Hummus by friend. Bread and cookies by me. Tomatoes from garden and apple from store.
