Paired one of my all time fave leggings with the align high neck tank. I’m so hit and miss on this tank, occasionally I put it on and think wow this is so flattering and I love it. And 70% of the time, I think why do I feel like a sausage wearing a turtleneck. I swear that neck feels so high sometimes. Obviously today was the former and in love with it 🩷🙈

I am honestly SO disappointed and frustrated with Lululemon, and I feel like people need to know how this company treats its loyal customers.

I have been shopping with Lululemon for YEARS and have spent thousands of dollars with them every single year. I have always loved the brand, but this experience has completely changed the way I look at this company.

One day, completely out of nowhere, I got an error code when trying to place an online order. I reached out to customer service, and they told me the issue had been resolved. Except it wasn’t. I continued trying to place orders and continued reaching out for help MULTIPLE times over the course of MONTHS. Every time, I tried to get answers and figure out what was going on, and I was met with absolutely no real explanation or resolution.

After having to reach out for what was approximately the SEVENTH TIME last week, I received this email today telling me that Lululemon will no longer support my online shopping experience and that I will have to make all future purchases in-store.

Are you kidding me?!

Months of me reaching out, following up, asking questions, and trying to resolve an issue that I DID NOT CAUSE, only to be told I can no longer shop online? And not once throughout this entire process has anyone given me a clear explanation as to WHY this is happening, despite me repeatedly asking.

The issue itself is frustrating enough, but the complete lack of transparency and accountability is what makes this so upsetting. I have been a loyal customer for years, consistently spending thousands of dollars annually with this company, and this is how they choose to handle the situation? No explanation. No actual resolution. Just an email telling me to shop in-store from now on.

I have given this company SO much business over the years, and I genuinely cannot believe that after months of trying to get help, this is the outcome. I shouldn't have to chase a company seven times over several months just to get answers about why I can't make a purchase on its website.

Lululemon, this is NOT how you treat loyal customers. I am beyond disappointed, and I would really love to know how a company that prides itself on its brand and customer experience thinks this is an acceptable way to handle a situation like this.

Has anyone else experienced something like this with Lululemon? Because at this point, I am beyond frustrated and honestly questioning why I have spent so much money supporting this brand for so many years.

The most perfect sweatshirt I have ever worn is the Perfectly Oversized Crew. The shape is perfect - it hangs down if you get it in a bigger size and doesn’t squeeze you awkwardly because they don’t have the super stretchy but constricting band at the bottom hem like 99% of sweatshirts.

The problem? They don’t seem to make it anymore. I have 2 of these and I wear them so consistently that the seams are finally starting to break and I’m going to have to start sewing holes soon.

Does anyone else love and have this sweatshirt? I want to buy like 10 more and I hope they come back with it - I’ve seen similar ones but they seem to be making it with fleece material or as a crop which is not the same :(

I have had this in my cart for weeks. I love it, but I’m taller than average (5’11ish) with a long torso and I’m afraid it will be unflatteringly cropped on me. Do any of you taller girlies have this or tried it on? I live a few hours from a store and won’t be near it anytime soon to try on myself 😫

Just got both of these pieces, so new they still have the tags! Lol. I have so many navy shorts but no one makes a navy like Lulu’s True Navy, so I had to get them to match the most gorgeous bra! I’m obsessed with the open back and I’m going to try it out on an easy run later this week because it feels like it might be supportive enough. Very happy with this set😊💙

I had a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience at my Lululemon this week. I’ve been wearing Lululemon for working out in for about 15 years now, I’m part of the sweat collective and love my discount. That being said, I’ve only returned maybe three items in that entire time for quality issues. I tried to return a pair of align leggings this week that I just bought less than a week ago. I wore them for 3 hours, took them off, and washed them. I only wash my Lulu leggings with my Lulu tank tops, in cold water, tumble dry low - I’m VERY careful about this process. Anyway, I noticed that after the one wash that the seams were coming undone and there was snagging on the backside of the pants. I brought them in and told the employee that I was disappointed in the quality and wanted to return them. He immediately said “well I can’t do that, it looks like they got snagged on something”. I said yes, that is why I want to return them, they’re coming apart and I just bought them - I only wore them for a few hours”. He proceeded to argue with me and said I probably “washed them with something that had a zipper“. I explained to him that that is not my process and how I wash them and I only wore them for three hours then he continued to argue and say that I probably sat on something that snagged them. He said he could not return them and THEN said maybe it happened when I worked out. I told him, “I don’t work out in Aligns, I literally wore them for a few hours around the house”. When he looked me up, he saw that I was part of sweat collective, and then changed his tone a little bit. He said “I might be able to give you a credit, but you need to swap them out today for another pair of leggings”. At this point, I was so frustrated and just wanted to leave. I said I was very disappointed in Aligns and I wanted something else but unfortunately this store does not get a lot of Wunder Trains in and those are my favorite. He insisted that the credit had to be used today, for now “pants” (he keeps changing the protocol). I grabbed a pair of Wunder Trains in a color I didn’t even like, and then he proceeded to say “well a lot of people do come in and return the Aligns for the same reason as you, it’s a quality issue” 🤯 This jerk was on a power trip & basically gaslighting me, making it seem like I am the only person that has ever returned them for this reason. Mind you - i’m here basically every week. This employee was new, not a supervisor of any sort. I left and walked down the street to the Vuori to blow a thousand dollars there instead. Lululemon needs to deal with their employees.

Went to a local outlet and could not turn this down at only £29. So smooth and actually love the fit and feel. Size 6.
I now want more….

I have a pair of the Glow Up leggings in a size 6, and while they were super tight at first, they have stretched out to the point of almost being too big. I should have bought them in a 4. I just bought the Unrestricted Power and bought them in a 4 and am finding the 4 quite tight. I can get them on but they seem a bit small.

I am wondering if anyone else has experience with these two pairs, specifically whether the Unrestricted Powers loosen up like the Glow Ups. Trying to decide whether I should return the Unrestricted Powers for a 6, or keep the 4.

I’m on the hunt for men’s full-zip options, *without* a collar or hood, that I can wear around a chilly house or office.

I know I saw something like this at Lululemon a while back, and I’m still regretting not picking it up.

Are there any options right now for this sort of thing? Or options from similar brands? I’d prefer Lululemon, but I think I might have to search elsewhere for now (and I’m having no luck!). Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

It was unusually warm yesterday so I broke out a few lululemon items I hadn’t worn in a while and wanted to wear one last time before it starts to really get cold! Pelotonxlululemon workout top with Cut-Out Waist High Rise Train Tight 25” in Black.

I’m currently wearing a size 4, but I feel like there’s too much extra fabric around the arms and underarms. I’m considering sizing down, but I’m worried it’ll be shorter, and I really don’t want to lose any length.
What do you guys think? Should I stick with the 4 or try a 2?

The price (USD) is absolutely insane for a cropped jacket, even though it is a down filling.
