Working on a Kepler-16b MOC inspired by NASA’s Visions of the Future poster & Tales of the Space Age. Would love feedback!

Hey r/Lego!

I’ve been wanting to build a MOC based on NASA's Kepler-16b poster for a while. I know the official Tales of the Space Age post-cards use black backgrounds, but I decided to go all-in on the full-sky gradient to stay true to the original poster artwork.

I’m using a trophy statuette/microfig for the lone astronaut to keep the sense of scale.

Would love to hear what you think! Any ideas on tweaking the color palette or rock shaping? Also, if anyone else has built LEGO versions of the other NASA Visions of the Future posters, please share them!

I love it! I think it’d look great with the others.

Thank you! I think I'll need to rework it so the sky is black if I want it to work with the other ones, but that'll be the next iteration of it :) I think Lego should do more of these postcards, I personally love the concept and original set
