Am I cooked? 🍳 !!Using AI For projects!!
Just wanna warn anyone who may be counting on AI to do their full AACS/ASSIGNMENTS/PROJECTS for them, don’t risk it. if you put it through a humanizer it still won’t humanize it because they’re also AI, you can’t expect AI to humanize AI.
If you’re using AI (which is allowed with the new aacs) you must reference exactly what you used it for.
Our teacher was telling us multiple stories on people last year getting their Projects completely failed because they used AI and didn’t reference it and thought they were safe. the SEC has ai checking sources.
I know this is like common knowledge but you’d be surprised with how many people think they’re slick enough to get away with it, it’s fine to use it for sources and help but try do majority yourself

Biology 🫀 Teaching myself biology
I want to swap subjects from German to biology but the biology class is full till January (exchange students)
This means I would have to teach myself the course till January. What I’m wondering is if this is doable. She has provided me with notes but if anyone has any notes or websites they’d recommend that would also be extremely helpful!
(Edited) I am in fifth year
Also since this is the new course I can find any revision books (not textbooks) for the new course. Are any out yet?

Business 💰🫰 Word limit for the AACs?
Is there a word limit to the AACs specifically the business one? my teacher said it HAS to be the recommended amount of words per section and we’ll lose marks if it exceeds it (they won’t count anything past the word limit) but i looked back on the brief and I could only find that it has a “suggested word count” w/ “approximately” written next to it. If anyone could please lmk I’d really appreciate it bc I can barely fit every section into the word count

Maths 🧮 HPAT-Free Webinar
Hey guys I’m a final year medical student who would like to do a FREE 90 minute webinar on HPAT prep.
I’d like to cover each section with tips and tricks on how to boost your percentile across all 3 and overall too!
Most likely I’d like to host it during the midterm so probably toward the end of that week (Thursday or Friday)
If you would be interested, just comment 'I'm interested' below or send me a dm and I’ll send you the link once everything is set up!
Again this is FREE. I know how daunting sitting the HPAT is so ideally I’d like to help out if I can
Here are some notes also based on Section 2: understanding people, specifically the cartoon questions!

Repeating ↩️ want medicine as an external candidate don't know what to do.
hi all,
need chem and bio for minimum entry requirements into medicine next year. the issue is that no host school is letting me do the AACs, only the written exams. im too far from any plc repeat programmes too.
technically, i could take up ag. science and phys-chem and get the minimum grades, (where i'd only do the written for ag science and forefeit the project). this could get me into tcd and ucd, tho it would limit my options, such as for rcsi's 5 year programme. idk, should i just go with this? i also could just sit the written exam for bio and pray for 60/60% and try for a h4 without the AAC. tried to contact the sec but no response. kinda confused would appreciate any advice from who has knowledge abt this topic.
these are the subjects i do, (or could do if needed):
- maths
- eng
- irish
- spanish
- arabic
- biology?
- ag science?
- chem?
- phys-chem?

English 📖 comparative cooking me
I am currently doing my first 70 mark question for the comparative, safe to say its not going well. My three texts are, Small Things like These, Macbeth and the Shawshank Redemption
I am finding this very frustrating as I do really well in Paper 1 with usually getting H1s or H2s but I am really struggling with this. I find the analysing quite difficult, which is especially frustrating as I would be quite vocal in class when talking about the three texts but with the actual essay I have no idea what to say or how to phrase what I want to say.
I want to study English in the future and become an English teacher but now I am questioning if that is the right path for me. Especially since studying English is very analytical and Paper 2 focused. I am thinking maybe its a lack of critical thinking, but I am unsure.
Any tips or advice?
