It probably had to do with society and him being disabled. As someone with a hidden disability many people are just cruel as fuck.

Just speculating but he seemed to be engaged and would post a tribute birthday post to her on her bday. But this month was her bday and he didn’t post anything about her and her social is deleted. Something seems off about that
