I’m planning to move from Karachi to Islamabad and would appreciate some advice from people currently living there.

I’m single and looking for a decent, safe, and peaceful place to live. If I go for an apartment, a 1-bedroom apartment would be more than enough for me. I’m also open to other options if they offer better value for money.

I’m trying to understand the current rental market in different areas, particularly:

Islamabad sectors: Which sectors offer reasonable rent, a good living environment, and easy access to everyday necessities?

Bahria Enclave: What are the current rents for 1-bedroom apartments or small portions? How is daily life there?

Gulberg Greens: How does the rent compare with other areas, and is it a practical option for someone living alone?

I’d especially appreciate it if you could share:
1. Current monthly rent ranges.
2. Typical monthly utility bills and maintenance charges.

If you’ve recently rented a place or currently live in any of these areas, please share your experience and approximate rent. Personal experiences would be much more helpful than property listing prices.

- Someone based in main Islamabad, preferably with an interest in cars.

- A good eye for framing, and camera work.

- Video editing and colour grading skills would be a big plus.

- Someone interested in shooting car reviews, first looks, walkarounds, reels, and other automotive content.
