Has anyone received the parachute hat in the UK? I preordered the parachute hat on July 10th. My order was sent on September the 13th and the package shows still being in New York customs as of September 20th. I requested for Sandbag to do a package trace or update me on how it’s moving along as of Tuesday, October 13th.

My response from Sandbag today is that they have to assume the package is lost and that I may reorder the item, subject to current stock availability.

I think it’s pretty poor that they didn’t even try to give me an update or show they requested a package trace but rather just refund me the money and tell me good luck getting another one. I have responded to the email but no response as of yet and there customer support phone line just says to leave a message.

Fun idea from the recent bracelet being sold online

Hi! I painted all these water color postcards inspired by Hayley lyrics. I’m definitely not the best painter but I had fun and wanted to share them here. I traded them with the my friends after the show but forgot them day of so I thought I’d share them here. :)
Photo 1- all of the postcards
Photo 2- the one I did last minute but maybe like the best.

Saw someone post about these being back in stock yesterday but they were sold out by the time I saw the post. Checked back on a whim and THEY ARE IN STOCK! Just snagged a copy!

Saw someone else upload their shadow box so I got the confidence to share mine as well! This community continues to amaze me with everyone's talent and creativity. ❤️ the tours this year meant a lot!

Just wondering since they’re show specific. I got one from the Atlanta show, and besides that I was only able to find 2 others. If anyone’s put together a list of what some of the others look like I’d be interested to see it!
