Hello! Me and my friend are new to GMod and we'd like to use matching playermodels of our favourite characters. I found some models on DeviantArt and tried to turn them into GMod playermodels, but it's not working. I don't know if I got the scaling or rigging wrong, the model shows up on the addon menu in-game but it's invisible when I try to spawn it.

Could anyone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong, or maybe even help me convert the models into working playermodels? I've been trying to figure it out myself, but I'm still pretty unfamiliar with Blender and how GMod models work, so I'm honestly a bit lost. I'd really appreciate any advice or help, I'm more than willing to learn. Thank you!

I recently started having an issue where cubemaps are broken on certain things, like using the cubemap material on props or any material with an envmap. I have tried reinstalling, verifying game files, opening the game with no addons at all, nothing fixes it. Mat_specular is set to 1. Spawning a prop that already has reflections makes it show, but moving around makes it disappear again at some angles.

The game mode is already available in the Workshop.
