Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave expansion pass announced ($35) and releasing in waves. The 4 lords that were cut are being added

This game will be like 250 hours by the time we're done with everything.

  • Wave 1 (Out Today): New weapons based on Three Houses' Hero's Relics
    • Cai gets Dimitri's spear
    • Theodora gets Claude's bow
    • Dietrich gets Byleth's sword
    • Leda gets Edelgard's axe
  • Wave 2 (Holiday 2026)
    • New costumes for each of the 4 Flame Lords
    • Aurora, Jurah, & Smyrnos are added as playable units
  • Wave 3 (2027)
    • New story featuring Bertrand, Taimun, Orchel, & Anatolia
    • New allies, classes, & more

What’s incomplete about Fortunes Weave? I’m 90hrs in and haven’t even gotten to act 2.

You'll realize when you get to part 2 and 3. The game is long and the most ambitious FE has ever been, but it's without a doubt incomplete. I bet it'll still feel incomplete even after wave 3.

I don't think part 2 and 3 can be fixed with DLC alone. It'd need a full re-release. And I don't really think it matters to be honest. An incomplete game can still be very fun to play.
