The fact that you got downvoted just because your talking about your normal life routine and decisions around it tells that this sub is condensed to the many of these sweats you are referring while the guys living your live as well already left this bubble.
oh man the actual war dogs sub is way more toxic. people on there bitching about the havoc which is like a level 35 pilot unlock and it’s an attack helicopter that dominates some game lobbies. the amount of people that downvote and bitch about how you need to get good when you mention that you have no way of countering it and it’s unfun for someone to be able to take the lobby hostage and farm both enemy teams for the low cost of 26k is insane. Their solution that you need to get good and do. Farm to like level 25 in the support tree to unlock the maaws which is supposed to be an anti tank weapon to be able to down the helicopters because the AA infantry launcher is basically useless against it.
Yeah unfortunately. There's community servers that don't put up with that shit. But unfortunately it seems any kind of "serious" shooter game has that garbage in spades. I've teamkilled pieces of shit on my team for it before too lol. Woops you came around that corner and scared me. Oh no I mag dumped your corpse and broke your armor and helmet too silly me.
Huh never played The Finals, was it any good? I don't think I've ever played a shooter in my 20+ years of playing them where I didn't encounter someone dropping nonstop slurs within the first like 10 hours max.
Game plays and looks incredible, idk what the other guy's talking about. Straight up crack the first time I played it, there's not another sandbox fps on the market like it. Feels like Titanfall and Battlefield had a baby, sans any sort of mechs or vehicles. Lots of customization and different playstyles, and every match feels super different. Super cinematic at times too
Thanks for your take on the game. Visuals are something that really changes person to person so it wasn't gonna stop me, but love having more people's perspectives on the game. Might have to make myself get in the mood for a shooter cause Titanfall + Battlefield - mechs/vehicles sounds right up my alley.
It's mechanically OK, but it's aesthetically one of the most painful games to look at. The fisheye lens effect and obscenely bright environments makes them washed out and ugly.
It's F2P so I'll probably still give it a shot next time I'm feeling like a shooter. But thanks for the warning on the visuals, knowing that they might be rough going in is helpful.
I will have to strongly consider giving it a shot next time I feel the shooter itch. As long as I know I'm going into a game where only hardcores are left I can usually make it work.
That explains it lol . But I played random fill whole time and still no dumbasses saying shit like Wardogs (team chat start of matches especially) which is the most vile playerbase Iv experienced.
