Skyrim : Getting launched to space by a Giant.

The Witcher 3 : Farming too many cows in White Orchard will spawn this high level Chort to try and stop you.

Elden Ring : The teleporter chest in Dragon-Burnt Ruins that takes you to Caelid.

I just wanna say... that elden ring chest can fuck off. My first souls game experience and I get fucking sent to centipede he'll....

And my addition is in Ark survival evolved hearing the raptor call before being absolutely deleted by them while your just trying to chop down a tree

Oh and Valheim- thinking "hey look at this pretty forest-is that a troll?" And then you get to become a part of the forest
