Now how do i get my 12 year old to finally start eating vegetables? Anything green tastes bitter to her. Ive tried the fast, she still cant stand the taste even after fasting edit- am excellent cook and have done veggies in all sorts of ways. She will eat a salad as lonng as its not purple or green

Stir fried noodles or rice with veggies. Add her favorite meat or tofu or whatever else she likes, with sufficient oil and spices.
