Have had these shrooms for over a year stored in a ziplock bag. They don’t look that great so I just want to know if these are still safe to eat.

Can some one tell me if this is the start of fruiting for my golden teachers, the brownish root looking things starting to pop up is that the start of pinning like ive said this is my first grow so im new and just trying to make sure its been kept between 67-72 degrees and i have been doing 12 hours light on 12 off and as you can see not dry or anything opinions please.
