For anyone who hasn’t heard, Myron Gaines is scheduled to speak at Landis Green tomorrow (Friday, October 16). The event is being organized by FSU’s Uncensored America chapter, whose president invited Gaines to campus.

Worth noting that this isn’t simply an outside personality showing up independently. He’s being hosted by a student organization, which can facilitate the university’s event approval process and arrangements for things like amplified sound, tabling, and security.

Sharing for awareness, especially since you may regularly pass through Landis Green.

Thoughts on FSU student organizations hosting speakers like Gaines? should students protest this guy and ignore him?

Hey guys, I’m a sophomore and built this thing called CampusFuel that I recently launched. It has FSU’s official dining menus built in and kept up to date, so you can pick what you ate and log calories + macros. You can also log off-campus food, and there’s a built-in coach you can ask for nutrition and fitness advice.

I built this because when I was living on campus last year, I had to copy and paste everything from the online dining menus into MyFitnessPal. It was super tedious, so I decided to make my own app that already had dining hall food built in.

It’s just me working on this, and I’ve been putting a lot of time into improving it since February. I’ll also be adding features based on community feedback, so if anything’s wrong, missing, annoying to use, or there’s something you want added, lmk here or message me.

Just search CampusFuel in the App Store if y’all wanna check it out. I can also u you a link. Android is coming soon!

Hello! Just transferred this semester. I need to take SPN2220 next semester but all the sections are filled up before my registration window even opens. Have they added new sections in the past or should I look into a different course/taking it transiently at TSC.

Thank you!

Has anyone done these and are they worth it?

I'm curious how different universities have their own culture and identity.

If you could pick just ONE word that instantly makes students and alumni think of FSU, what would it be?
