This person is a mid level manager and they do a good job of masking it, so it’s really hard for colleagues to see them for who they are. The racism comes out in subtle ways - assuming incompetence in BIPOC people (many of who report to this person), not wanting to be in pictures with them, disregarding most requests from them (while responding to White folks) etc. I also see them do this with colleagues who are not cis gender.

I wish the senior manager (white) who is a well regarded, fair, kind person sees this person for who they truly are. They currently think very highly of this person and are good friends. Would a sour jar help? I don’t want my senior Manager to leave the job though!

I'm genuinely thankful to each one of you who had me in their thoughts and prayers and wished me goodness.

And for the update on what happened today, I had a chance to see and talk to my husband and I could blatantly know he is influenced by his family with a small amount of his ego which got hurt.
I still sympathise with my husband but I can tell that they're many people involved in my marriage already and not necessarily it's an extra marital affair.
It breaks my heart that my marriage is ending but I'm also pulling myself better in the best way possible.

I really could know the wish is working in a good way though I feel like a lost puppy.

I know it is an acient custom in several cultures and traditions, but given everything we know today, something bugs me.

I don't understand how someone eho has never cast magick spells before or even considered magick valid goes from 0 to 60 when they read that a spel includes blood, urine, feces, etc. This goes double in a pist-Covid world, eith everything we know medically about disease and how it spreads. I understand why ancients may not have known as much, and how they came up with these things. I don't understand brand-new practitioners reading about it, and saying to themselves, "Yes! Peri g in a jar will bring Frank back!"

Is it because they were expecting magick to include stuff like this? Are people that resperate that they overlook things they would normally clutch pearls at? Why are so many new peactitioners so okay with doing things this way?

Is it because they are primarily younger, as in teens and early 20s? Is it a mental health issue? Is it just not thinking clearly?

These aren't even long-term marriages with kids involved. Thus is for people who dated for a couple of months, then things cooled off. Heck, sometimes the couple hasn't even dated! Sometimes it's a one-sided romance!

I'm not trying to tell anyone what ti do or not do, to be clear. I'm trying to understand it psychologically. And I'm not talking about people eho know what they are foing, and have been practicing and studying for a long tome. I'm talking about the person who is mad that they got broken up with after a short time of dating, and wants "revenge". That's what I mean.

(This isn't about serious issues like abuse, S. A., or things like that. Those I understand bringing out the big guns for, even if new. I'm talking specifically about petty reasons that could be easily solved in mych simpler, less dramatic ways both magickally and practically.)

I'm going through a really bad divorce proceeding and I have my first ever court counselling tomorrow. I feel soo depressed and angry at the same time.
My husband is very adamant about the divorce and I'm still willing to reconcile. It's been such a short marriage and I don't know if my efforts will be worth saving this.

Myself, my girlfriend, and one of our best friends (plus her 3 year old daughter ♥️) are trying somewhat desperately to find a rental house that meets all of our needs and we're feeling like we're digging for a needle in a hay stack at this point.
