Like, maaaaybe Dende could've further upgraded them between EoZ and GT, since Super Hero establishes that Dende can further upgrade Shenron as he grows more experienced, but I doubt the GT writers had that in mind decades prior, so I'm just willing to chalk that up as a plothole.

After all, there's nothing in DBS that specifically suggests inter-universal travel carries the same sort of taboo as time travel does, as it doesn't outright distort reality. However, this sort of device would still have the potential to cause quite a bit of a headache for the cosmic order regarding how territorial G.O.Ds can be or how it could be used to start illegal trading rings, multiversal wars or other crimes in the wrong hands. I'd suspect even if the two did let Bulma keep it, they'd highly regulate it (i.e. requiring Whis to activate it and connecting it to his staff to monitor closely) and ensure it'd never be mass-produced by destroying any schematics relating to the project, along with a classic food bribe for good measure.

I watched and read the entire manga of dragon ball classic and dragon ball Z, i just can’t bring myself to enjoy dragon ball super so I did not read it.. does this make me less of a fan?

So I was watching the OG dragon ball but I honestly can’t bear it anymore because of how dated it is and kinda boring. So I’m switching over to the manga to finish it. I was doing some research into where i should start but apparently the anime doesn’t follow the manga? I left off on episode 69 “who is fortune teller baba”. Can anyone tell me what chapter this is?
