I have a question regarding Ramaladnis Gift, and please dont just answer "rng" I am aware of that.
I only joined D3 since S39 and now in S40 I find it kind of frustrating to push casually. I am para 1000 ish and at that point I was swimming in Gifts last season and this season I got 1 so far which went into the altar. So I am stuck with very suboptimal weapons and always need to roll a socket on them. I am barb main this season and want to play different sets but I cannot even finish one set (=2 weapons with gifts) to play properly for higher rifts.

So I am curious if only I am experiencing this weird RNG, or is S40 just different from the previous season in terms of drop rates?

I dropped Pinto's Pride. Should I take off all res or vit for ele damage?

Was hilarious. 10 dropped primals and only one useful but that’s the most I have gotten in 3 hours. A rainbow goblin randomly when running a bounty (in an area I never run when looking) that gave me the hamburger and then that spawned a vision. It was like a chain reaction. Still looking for the right gear and only at 1200 paragon. #workingsucks

I have a little over 1030 paragon points (I know low). I want to farm gr120 as it has a good chance to drop primals (or at least I think so). All my current builds just dont seem to cut it. I will admit I probably am not doing things right. But I have a Pony Crusader, Chicken witch doctor, TragOuls Necro, Tals Comet meteor Wizard. Most of them have 70+ legendary gems. Some have 4-5 Augments. They all have crafted primal weapons with augments. I am playing on Console (Switch 2) offline. Thanks!

^{I play mostly on Switch. I have various friends online but I also play publicly often. I try and be generous with lower paragon players like opening Ancient Vaults or running Petrified Screams (particularly as I'm a crusader most of the time}.)

^{But there are some players that just stick in my craw. I'd run with a group of four a few GR110s where we were finishing well under 2 minutes, but then 2 of them refused to join another run, so I bumped it up to 120, they all accept, and then I had to run the entire rift alone and they only showed up at the end. And of course it took me longer than normal because they were useless.}

I don't normally pick a crusader but this season it sounded like fun. I've been looking through builds mostly on maxroll, and I've noticed that they all generally pick Johanna items for the weapon and off hand. Are these actually the best in slot choices or is this just one of those things that have carried over and never been changed?

Currently i am playing a AoV build but have started collecting SotL pieces. I was looking for ideas on what to hold onto for weapons but most builds aren't showing much diversity.
