Boot TTY mode only

Hey Team,

I just completed a fresh install on a refurbished Lenovo tiny desktop, i7 gen 8, intel UHD graphic.

im booting into TTY mode only, any suggestions ? is this a graphics issue, I can see watchdog will not close upon reboot hinting to a kernel error.

If you did not select any desktop environment during installation, then naturally there's only TTY mode to boot into :))

The fix is to use apt install some desktop environment of your choice. 

watchdog will not close upon reboot

Known harmless message, can ignore it.

Mate I never selected a UI environment, let me iso boot again. 

I’ll update if I encounter any errors.

You can also just run "sudo tasksel" to install any desktop environment you want, no need to reinstall.
