My friend has a vague memory of a deadmau5 track where there's a sample of an old guy saying he is a musician or something like that right before the drop. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas? There's a chance it's not a deadmau5 track at all but he thinks it is. My only idea was Paco di Bango's World but that wasn't it.

My childhood dog passed away today

Ive had her since i was 8. Got her as a chirstmas gift from my parents to teach me responsibility. Unfortunately we had to put her down today after she survived 16 years, after a few hours i decided to listen to some music to clear my mind after crying so much. The first song that played was Pets and i immediately started bawling my eyes out. I will now always think of my pup bailey whenever this track plays 💓

I won’t be able to attend the concert this Saturday, I got 2 general admission tickets for 76.33$ each but because of the urgency I am selling them for 50$ each, 100$ total for both!

I know lurking horders are sometimes looking for mau5heads around Halloween, so I thought I'd post these here first and see if there's any interest before posting them on >untitled arts and crafts website with high fees<

Additional Info: The left one is the classic blue/black/yellow color from the Rat era/Rukes photos. The right one is just the classic red/white RAThead. Both are clear coated with 1K gloss. You can choose whether you want the Xes on the eyes or not. They're both 3D printed on a large bed printer so each piece (ear/ear/head) is one solid piece - no plastic welding or anything. The eyes are RGB, with WLED controllers mounted inside the helmet so you can change colors with your phone. The power comes from a 20,000 mah powerbank, and connects to the eyes with standard usb-c pd cables (you can see the power bank and cables on images 2 and 3.) It re-charges with a usb-c cable and easily fits in a pocket.

The mouth grill is 3D printed as well and is fixed in place with adhesive - no sliding visor action on these. The ears pressure fit into the mounts, but you can permanently fix them in place with e6000 if you want (it's cheap and available at any hardware store.) It probably goes without saying, but these are baseball-helmet-mounted and can be worn. See last photo for what it looks like on-head (ignore my gross painting clothes)

Don't forget, there are unskippable cure times when it comes to paints and adhesives.

The last DOTD I went to was in 2021. Joel was at the pop-up so we were able to meet him, which was awesome! Does anyone know if that happens at all of the popups still? For example here are some of the things I always do, that give me that “omg it’s really here!” feeling….

- I always listen to Jaded with ambient start as the plane takes off

- we always go to Brass Armadillo on the first day and I buy something bizarre. Last year I bought a collage made from a Victorian lady’s teeth. If you’ve not been to Brass Armadillo before then WHY NOT???!!

- We always eat at that McDonalds in Denver airport departures, and it’s the most depressing moment of the year lol.

When I am working (and my Alexa isn't), I pull up youtube on my computer and just put it on the bo55's channel and let it play through everything uploaded. I have heard numerous shows and tonight I listened to the one from VELD Music Festival 2025 and I loved every minute of it and the mixes he did. Is there somewhere to download/purchase/obtain that EXACT show so I can listen to it when I am in my car, without having to pull up youtube?

I checked Spotify and the playlist is there, but it's just the songs and not the actual audio from the show. Could it be uploaded somewhere else?
