Are these considered penalty charges for vehicles left overnight, or can we actually arrange for overnight parking at these malls?

For example, can we intentionally leave our vehicle overnight, pay the corresponding fee, and pick it up the following day or whenever we return?
Has anyone tried this, particularly at SM Lanang or Gaisano Mall Davao?

I'm currently torn between Aria and Seda, but it doesn't seem like Seda has the best breakfast in the city, plus I can barely find any reviews about Aria. My other option is Waterfront, although I hear the facilities are a bit old.
