That's DJ Hundefriedhof (Dog cemetary), he has some crazy stuff. I am not so much into his music but he has some great tracks, and he is unique. And he is into mushrooms as well. He has been around for a while, I think it started with a music project at an university, HGich.T, in Hamburg.

Looks like an old Macrolepiota procera to me. There are multiple different kinds of Macrolepiota and that old and from the distance... hard to identify.

Edit: Could be Chlorophyllum rhacodes too. It would bleed yellowish if you cut the mushroom.

And if you can't move the small ring easily.. most likely filled with poison.
