I can't tell if using a portmanteau of your name and deadname is somehow more offensive than just using your deadname or not. It FEELS like it since she clearly thought about it and then decided to do something even dumber than just call you by your chosen name

She (like so many others unfortunately) kept suggesting other names that were closer to my deadname, presumably to make it easier. I chose a name that was completely different for this exact reason; I wanted for there to be a clean break between the two.

Kimothy ok I can see it.... Dave-anka, Fredabella, Stev-mantha, Bruc-trina, Maxwe-thena Yeah there are some that really don't work lol
