They very likely are. Data centers are for sale and very helpful for shifting public opinion. Public opinion shifted to more anti Isreal recently so you better believe Isreal is paying for data centers.
Russia is an ally in that it keeps people angry and divided and does it all for a price. They know how wildly unpopular they are, how much of a pariah state they become every month, they know the only reason they still have support is their hold on foreign governments. Anything to stem the tide or cause more chaos to buy themselves more time, they'll deal with anyone
A lot of data centers for bots are also located in Israel, which I doubt Ukraine will attack soon.
Redditors seem to conveniently forget that it wasnt just Russia running bit farms, but almost every major power is, as proven by Reddit accidentally leaking that Eglin Airforce Base was the most Reddit active city.
Hell, even non-state actors like companies are doing so.
Russia is pro-Palestine, so their bots also lean pro-Palestine. Abbas did his PhD in Russia for example. Destroying Russian data centers will have the opposite effect of what you're hoping for.
