1st Time Fit Model 2nd Place
Proud of my first time competing where I got 2nd in three classes in the fit model division! So much work to be done still, I can’t wait to compete again

I mean this more from a technical side, because i dont have any expertise in Bodybuilding judging.
Lets say Nick Walker, in a 2007 Lineup, where would he rank? Could he win the title or is it straight up impossible?
Because i dont know it seems hard to believe that this era is "weak" if that makes sense.
We had so much progress in any Sport, why not in Bodybuilding?

9 weeks post show from Atlanta pro!
Had an unreal rebound and some great bloodwork results 🙏🏼 holding around 210-212 lbs fasted weight. Was 190 on show day. Aiming to push for 8 weeks and then see where we are at!

Comparing my photos from my peak week for this exact same show a year ago, my progress is crazy to me. I’m stoked for this “side quest” show, and to see how much better I can be in 9 weeks for nationals

I am bored. I am drunk. Post below.
In my opinion;
Jay in 2007. I love Jay. He’s one of the GOATS. He possibly would be the goat if Ronnie didn’t exist. However, in 2007 he absolutely should not have won. Incredibly soft, he was beaten BAD from the back. Look at him when the winner was announced. Even he knew. I’ll go as far to say he looked better in 08 when he lost the Dexter than he did in 07 when he won.
Post yours below.

Almost all the top Mr. Olympia competitors claim they would go fully off gear for the off-season and give their bodies the chance to properly recover. Yet, the prevailing logic here seems to have shifted to cruise/blast in order to 1) avoid muscle loss 2) avoid a shitty few months as your hormones rebalance. If going off cycle was optimal for the absolute best in the game, why is it not optimal for the average advanced lifted? I'm really struggling with that bit of cognitive dissonance, and am inclined to agree with the old-school fully-off folks.
Do any of you still go completely off-cycle and do a PCT instead of cruising, and why? What does your off-cycle support PCT stack look like? I wanted a more updating consensus, because I think the widespread availability of sarms like enclomiphene is going to materially impact what "off-cycle", "recovery", and "optimal" mean.

This past weekend I competed in Mens Open Bodybuilding at the NW Royal Natural Bodybuilding Championships for the WNBF. I took 1st in Middleweight Class and won the Overall earning a Pro Card in Mens Bodybuilding with the WNBF.
This was my second show after the WNBF Portland Reign Natural Classic 2 weeks earlier. I'm still waiting on the professional photos for both shows, but I just wanted to share and answer any questions people might have.
The turn around was quick and I hopped back into a deficit and took what I learned from the first shows peak week and carbed up a bit earlier and with more carbs. I also remembered to flex my hammies and glutes.
This will be the end of my current season. I was planning on going to amateur worlds, but now that I have a pro card, I'm planning on prepping for my first Pro show next year.

Ref my last post, I was unsure if I would do this show since we were not ready conditioningwise (main show was five weeks later). Decided to go for it since competing in Sweden always is a top tier experience. Stageweight was probably just under 68kg/150lbs at 169cm/5’6. Happy with the placing and parts of the presentation, but as per usual not with the soft glutes;) (don’t come for me on that backpose. The photographer always catches me on my way into the pose)

The newly formed IFBB Canada will hold its first bodybuilding and fitness competition in Trois-Rivières on November 22 as part of the André Maillé Classique series. It's been more than 20 years since the area last hosted a bodybuilding show.
