Correct me if I’m wrong, but this appears to be the top half of a button down shirt sewn to the bottom half of a sweater? Is there a name for this clothing item? This is made even more insane by the fact that he’s wearing this in Vegas

I’m not surprised but I am a little bit impressed. Also getting JVSTICE and King Gizzard for the soundtrack? Okay fam, I see you

I know this film has been studied and discussed to death but I must say I loved the needle drop at the end. To think most mob movies before glamorized the mob, and this take showed them as what they were. Just average Jamokes, bullies etc. Frank Sinatra almost goes hand in hand with the glorification of the Mob and the formal sound. So ending with the Sex Pistols cover of My Way literally carries the movies theme, Hills real story.

Again my bit of analysis of a movie that has been reviewed over and over.

Just put on After Hours. When I see this logo pop up I just feel like Beatlejuice is gonna start. Other than Interview with a Vampire cant think of many films he produced. What film comes to mind when you see this logo?

I figure some blankies might be planning on going to Sundance, which as folks probably know, is moving to Boulder this year. For months now I’ve been helping support workers at the Hotel Boulderado, which will be Sundance’s HQ come January. Tickets are opening up to the public today, and Sundance doesn’t appear to be disclosing that there's brewing labor dispute in its first year in town.

Workers at the hotel have been dealing with significant understaffing and the rapidly rising cost of living in Boulder. They’ve asked for a fair process to organize a union without management interference... instead owners AJC Partners, Hilton, and Graduate Hotels haven’t responded and have brought in anti-union consultants who have been inside the hotel for more than three months. Workers have reached out to Sundance about what they could do to help resolve the issue before the festival, but they’ve gone radio silent. Boulderado workers want to make sure people know that pickets and other actions are possible if the labor dispute continues.

We think most people coming to Sundance would want to help Boulderado workers if they knew, and don’t want to cross a picket line.

We want to make sure that anyone in this sub that might be heading to Sundance knows what’s going on at the Boulderado. We’re also looking for ideas: how should workers reach the Sundance community or other people in the industry?

I hope I don’t have to but just in case HELP

Edit: just saw it and didn’t have to go pee lol. My suggestion:

Elizabeth and Nathan have a conversation outside of a car about halfway through where they hug, go immediately after that conversation because it’s just 3 minutes of silent shots of people traveling and arriving
