Please keep in mind that for the safety and the privacy of our users, we do not ask for, or otherwise provide account-specific information on Reddit. Please understand our intention, and cooperate with us by starting a chat with our official support for us to be able to assist you. Please do note any support requests outside of this thread will not be attended to, thanks for understanding.
Click here for official Binance support. Make sure you login and provide your email or phone number, select your issue from the options, if your issue wasn’t answered click ‘unresolved’ and type ‘human’ to interact with our live support team, then click ‘okay’ to proceed.
Do not hesitate to help your fellow Binancians as long as their inquiry is a general one, however attempting to engage in sensitive matters, or providing wrong information will lead to the comment being removed.

How to post about your case
Please follow this format:
If your case gets resolved, please delete your comment. Or, at least update it to say resolved. This will help users that still need help get the attention they need. Thank you!
Please note: We can’t help you unless you provide us with a valid case ID. Users with Binance US cases will have to refer to r/BinanceUS
To get a case ID you must start a live chat with support. Click here, select ‘unsolved’ and type ‘human’ to join the live CS queue. The case ID will be shown far left of the top bar - alternatively, you can see your case ID in the email or text you receive upon initiating the chat.

Common problems & solutions
1. Crypto withdrawal suspended
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal - please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue. If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.
Please refrain from leaving multiple messages in this thread if your case has already been escalated.
2. Security issues
● Report hacked accounts and funds.
● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.
3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal
● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.
● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.
● Note: It can take up to several working days for the money to be credited to your accounts. You can find more FAQ here
4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds
● Your funds are SAFU. If you experience issues with withdrawing remaining funds, follow the above steps to get to our live chat queue - our agents will try our best to assist you with the offboarding.
5. Trading system and other account issues
● Spot, margin & futures trading
● P2P disputes
● Binance Visa Card transactions
● Unable to complete KYC
● Any other issues
Please follow the format stated above, your case cannot be escalated if you do not follow this process and your comment may be removed. Following the format helps us classify and identify the issues, escalate them to our relevant departments and get everyone’s problems resolved. Spamming the feed is unfair to other users and will result in a ban.

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for advice on a situation involving Binance P2P, a $2,000 Zelle payment, and a subsequent fraud-related chargeback. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has dealt with a similar situation, especially regarding Binance account restrictions, possible recovery options, and how to handle the banking side.
Here's what happened:
I contacted the buyer and he said that it was probably the bank that flagged the payment as fraud, but that he took care of it and it would be solved in 24-48hrs. The buyer is still responding, but he is avoiding the issue. We don't know what the original sender told their bank, whether they authorized the payment, or exactly why the payment was reported as fraud.
I have not yet contacted Binance about this specific incident. My Binance account currently works normally, with no restrictions. I have used my friend's Zelle account in approximately 6–20 P2P transactions over the past 1–6 months, and none of the previous transactions caused problems.
My main concern right now is resolving the banking issue, but I am also worried about potential restrictions on my Binance account and whether there is any realistic way to recover the USDT.
Does this sound consistent with a third-party or “man-in-the-middle” scam? Should I keep myself from reporting it to binance to avoid getting my account blocked for using my friend's zelle account to receive the money? Should I just take the loss and move on?
I understand that accepting a payment from a third party and conducting an additional transaction outside Binance were serious mistakes. I'm not trying to hide those facts; I want to understand the best way to handle this now.
I'd appreciate practical advice from people familiar with Binance P2P disputes, Zelle fraud claims, or similar cases. Thank you.

Update to my previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/binance/comments/1w725jv/binance_has_blocked_my_withdrawals_since_june_17/
On June 17, Binance blocked all withdrawals on my account. Today is October 14. Here is where things stand after almost four months.
Binance talks a lot about user protection, transparency and putting users first. My experience has been the opposite. My money is held indefinitely, I have no timeline, no explanation of what the problem is, and no way to help resolve it.
I’m not asking Binance to skip compliance. I’m asking for a decision. If Binance doesn’t want me as a customer, that’s fine. Close my account and let me withdraw my funds to my own verified account on another regulated exchange. That’s all.
Anyone thinking about holding funds on Binance should know this can happen. You can be cut off from your own money for months, with no explanation and no timeline, and support has no real power to help.
complaint CC9764871. Four months is enough. Please give me an actual answer.
If you’ve been through the same thing, please share in the comments. It would be good to know how common this is.

I’m posting here hoping a support representative can help escalate my case and move this review forward.
After I attempted to send crypto to another wallet, my account was restricted. I currently cannot trade, buy, sell, convert, or withdraw any of my crypto. Support has told me the account is undergoing an internal review and that it could take up to 60 days.
I understand that security reviews may be necessary, but potentially being locked out of my funds for two months without a clear explanation or concrete timeline is extremely frustrating.
Could someone please escalate case #143764456 and provide a meaningful update on what is needed from me, when the review is expected to be completed, and when access to my funds will be restored? I’m ready to provide any documentation needed to resolve this promptly.
Has anyone experienced a similar restriction and successfully gotten it resolved? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have a couple of hundred USDT on the TON network in Binance Web3 Wallet. I received this money several years ago from clients who found it inconvenient to pay in euros.
Now I’m trying to actually use that money, and I can barely do anything with it.
To transfer USDT from my Web3 Wallet to my regular Binance account, I need GRAM to pay the network fee. But when I try to buy GRAM on Binance, I discover that I apparently need USDC first. And the whole process is buried in an interface that is anything but intuitive.
I’m not trying to trade, speculate, or do anything complicated. I just want to access a couple of hundred euros’ worth of money that I already have.
Isn’t cryptocurrency supposed to make transfers between people easier, faster, and cheaper?
Honestly, this experience has left me wondering where the idea that crypto is convenient actually comes from. So far, it feels like a system that requires users to understand a maze of tokens, networks, wallets, and fees just to move their own money.
I’m also struggling to understand why ordinary people should prefer this over a conventional bank transfer. Sometimes it feels as though the technology is more attractive to people who want to operate outside the usual financial system than to people who simply want to pay each other.
Am I missing something, or is this genuinely how complicated crypto has become for an ordinary user?

Please tell me
Hi all,
I’m having issues accessing my deceased brother’s Binance account. As we did not have his phone when he passed, two factor access to his account was not possible. I have access to his email and can see activity from before he passed away in 2024 along with more recent activity relating to conversions and delistings, and see any login attempts or password reset requests reflected in there too. There is clearly still an account under his email and I have reason to believe there is a decent balance on the account.
When I go through the deceased user appeal page and submit all requested documentation, Binance tell me the account email is incorrect:
We regret to inform you that your appeal is not successful.
The reason is: Incorrect deceased user ID/account name. Please check and submit the appeal again.
Has anyone else had a similar experience or can anyone point me in the direction of another method of raising this issue with Binance? It’s been troubling me for a couple of years now and I just want to close of all matters relating to my brother’s passing ASAP.
Thank you for reading.
